Hey, I forgot to tell you. . .last week at yoga, I was finally able to do a shoulder stand without having to touch the wall! I held it for 20 breaths! I was so so so thrilled!! I had to tell you because I knew you'd understand :)
After that, Amy (our new instructor) had me do a forearm stand, but I didn't stand alone on that. Some day!
