Scott and I are in Missouri and yesterday we signed a contract for a house! This will be our new house come July. It's very cute, but small, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, but has a nice fenced yard.
i LOVE it. it is sooooo cute. it doesn't look like its only 2 bedroom. is there a den/office? what's the square footage? i especially love the big tree.
It is totally cute, inside and out! It's a pretty old house, but it's clearly been taken care of. I took a few pictures of the inside, but they're not very good.
Alisha, I'm estimating the square footage is around 800? This is based on the thought that our current apartment is 1100, which is what we were told when we moved in.
Ash, owning a house seemed totally far away for us, too, but I learned it all depends on location. Buying this house is cheaper than paying rent anywhere. Amazing, huh?
Beautiful little house! You know, my grandma's house was 800 square feet, and she raised six children in it. We'd all go there for Christmas parties and pack about 50 people in her house. It was cramped, but cozy.
Hi Britta, you'll have to remind me, are you in Kirksville? Congrats on the house, homeownership is a splendid thing...there's always something to do :o)

ReplyDeleteSuch a cute house! I'm totally jealous. Owning a home seems like a million miles away for us.
ReplyDeleteSo how's Missouri?
Very CUTE!! I'm so excited for you and Scott entering this new stage of life.
ReplyDeleteI love it! small is good...less to clean up, and everyone needs their own backyard.
ReplyDeleteThat is the cutest house ever! Is it as nice on the inside as it appears on the outside?
ReplyDeleteSo cute!I lovce it and the big-g tree too. Yea--now you two can enjoy flowers in the spring and a garden of goodies! In what town is it?
ReplyDeleteVery cute! I like the yellow.
